Corporate Philosophy

1. Management Philosophy

We build the foundation for a safe and sustainable society through expert knowledge and unwavering integrity. With deep expertise in the EHS/ESG domain and a sincere commitment to integrity, which we value above all, we identify risks hidden within our clients' business activities and maximize their value. We believe that each company becoming sound and strong serves as the cornerstone for a better society.

2. Mission

To transform complex EHS/ESG risks into clear corporate value. Our mission is to unravel complex domestic and international laws and standards, accurately grasping the core issues our clients face. Through objective audits and practical consulting, we not only manage risks but also show the path to converting them into corporate credibility, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

3. Vision

To become Japan's most trusted EHS/ESG strategic partner with a global standard. We aim to be the first name that comes to mind for global companies operating in Japan and for Japanese companies with global ambitions. We will establish a new industry standard, where clients feel confident saying, "We can rely on JEA," for our technology, knowledge, and ethics.

4. Values

4.1. Integrity: This is the foundation of our decisions and actions. We are always honest, ethical, and maintain a fair stance that is unyielding to any pressure.

4.2. Professionalism: We are a group of professionals who are dedicated to self-improvement. We constantly pursue the latest knowledge and provide the highest quality services.

4.3. Objectivity: Our audits are based on facts and data. We eliminate all preconceived notions and biases to reveal the essential issues from an objective perspective.

4.4. Collaboration: We engage in deep cooperation with clients and partners on an equal footing. We act as true partners who think and overcome challenges together, rather than just providing one-sided advice.

5. Slogan

Turning EHS challenges into corporate value.

6. Founding Philosophy

Through our extensive experience in EHS/ESG auditing and consulting for global corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises, we consistently felt a "gap" between global standards and the specific legal regulations and cultural norms of Japanese workplaces. We also witnessed the inconsistent audit quality—where judgments varied by auditor or project—which was a source of frustration for many companies.

"We want to solve these critical issues, elevate the EHS standards of Japanese companies to a global level, and facilitate the operations of international companies in Japan." It was with this single-minded passion that we accumulated our unique expertise. To provide even greater value, we partnered with the best experts who shared this vision and founded Japan EHS Auditing Co., Ltd. (JEA).

7. Social Significance

Our business is directly linked to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Building a safe workplace protects the human rights of workers and promotes health and well-being (Goals 3, 8). Supporting the reduction of environmental impact contributes to the preservation of the global environment (Goals 12, 13, 14, 15). Auditing human rights and labor practices in the supply chain creates a cycle of responsible production and consumption (Goals 8, 12). Through our business itself, we are committed to realizing a safer, more equitable, and sustainable society.

8. Corporate Culture

We are a group of autonomous professionals who deeply respect each individual's expertise. We value a flexible and flat network-style organizational culture, where the most knowledgeable partners collaborate on each project, rather than a hierarchical structure. We respect each other's expertise, constantly learn from and elevate one another. While taking pride in our work, we also practice flexible working styles that respect individual lifestyles.

9. Ethics and Code of Conduct

Based on our separately defined "Ethics and Code of Conduct," we maintain the highest standards of professional ethics. We are committed to upholding the "independence and objectivity" in our auditing and consulting work, the "confidentiality" of information entrusted to us by clients, and the "prevention of bribery and corrupt practices" to continuously earn the trust of society. This code applies to all our officers, employees, and partner organizations.

10. Meaning of Our Symbol and Logo

Our logo symbolizes our philosophy. The central "JEA" represents the core of our services—"Japan," "EHS," and "Audit"—while also signifying our unwavering expertise and stability. The circular emblem symbolizes our "global perspective" that looks at the world as a whole, as well as our "one-stop service" that comprehensively supports our clients' challenges from every angle. The dominant green color represents "environment, safety, and growth," while the deep blue signifies "trust, intelligence, and integrity," visually representing our promises to our clients and to society.

11. Origin of Our Company Name

Our company name, "Japan EHS Auditing Co., Ltd.," embodies our mission. "Japan" represents our resolve to be the best guide for both domestic and international clients, with our deep knowledge of this country's unique laws and culture. "EHS" is our promise to always provide services with a global perspective and world-class knowledge. And "Auditing" represents our commitment to integrity, which is at the heart of our service, revealing essential issues based on objective facts rather than speculation. These three words form the unwavering identity that guides our clients to success.

Message from the CEO / Top Management Commitment

A sustainable future built on a solid foundation of EHS.

In modern corporate management, EHS (Environmental Safety, Occupational Health and Safety) and ESG (Environment, Society and Governance) initiatives are no longer simply a matter of legal compliance or costs. They are important management issues that influence the future of a company and are a source of creating corporate value itself.
Japan EHS Audit Co., Ltd. (JEA) was established to solve the complex technical challenges our clients face in this era of change. Our mission is to be a "strategic partner" that transforms EHS from risk to value, as experts familiar with both global standards and the Japanese market environment.

We are committed to providing the highest quality services at all times, based on objective audits using AI technology, seamless communication across borders, and above all, unwavering ethical standards.

JEA is committed to doing everything in its power to contribute to a sustainable future for its customers, employees, and society. We will continue to work diligently to become your most reliable partner in your business activities.

We look forward to your continued support and encouragement in the future.
