Based on this policy, we have established an independent hotline to sincerely listen to and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns from stakeholders, both internal and external, regarding compliance violations related to our business activities or the fairness of our audit process. We are committed to ensuring that this hotline is safe for those seeking advice and is operated effectively, in accordance with the spirit of the Whistleblower Protection Act and related international norms.

Target of Reporting and Consultation
- Violation of laws and regulations, violation of ethics and codes of conduct, harassment, corrupt practices, etc. by our officers and employees.
- Objections and complaints regarding our audits and services (concerns about the auditor's expertise, attitude, results of the audit, fairness, etc.).
- Undue pressure or coercion from management during the audit process.
- Subsequent retaliation or detrimental treatment due to responses to auditors.
- Concerns about occupational health and safety or human rights that were not fully communicated during the audit.
- Any other actions that undermine the fairness and effectiveness of the audit.
Response Process after Reception
1. Reception and confirmation of details: We will receive your inquiry and promptly confirm the facts.
2. Fair investigation: If necessary, we will assemble a neutral investigation team to conduct an objective investigation.
3. Corrective measures and prevention of recurrence: If the investigation reveals any problems, we will promptly take corrective measures and prevent recurrence.
Protection of Clients
1. Strict confidentiality: The content of your consultation and your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed beyond the minimum necessary for the investigation without your consent. You can also consult anonymously.
2. Prohibition of adverse treatment: We firmly promise that no adverse treatment (such as dismissal, retaliation, termination of contract, or adverse judgment in an audit) will be imposed on anyone for making a legitimate report or consultation.
