Information Security Policy

Basic Philosophy

Japan EHS Audit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes that protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our clients and our own information assets from all threats is an extremely important management issue in carrying out our EHS/ESG related audit and consulting business. Based on this philosophy, we have established the following basic policy for ensuring information security and declare that all officers and employees will comply with it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all information assets under our control (including personal information and confidential information) and to our officers, employees, and business partners who handle such information.

2. Establishment of a Management System

We will establish a management system to maintain information security and appoint a person in charge, thereby clarifying who is responsible for information security and promoting company-wide measures.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with all laws, regulations, and standards related to information security, as well as our contractual security obligations with our customers.

4. Implementation of Information Security Measures

We will appropriately assess the risks associated with the information assets we handle and take appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, loss, destruction, etc.

5. Education/Training

We will continuously educate and train our officers, employees, and business partners on the importance of information security and how to use information assets appropriately.

6. Incident Response

In the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs, we will promptly investigate the cause, take appropriate measures to minimize damage, and strive to prevent recurrence.

7. Continuous Improvement

We will regularly and continuously review and improve this policy, related regulations, and management systems in order to respond to changes in our business operations, the social environment, and technological trends.
