Professional (EHS/ESG field)
Roles and Collaboration Details:
On a per-project basis, you will be responsible for various tasks according to your EHS/ESG expertise.
Examples of specific work duties are as follows:
・Audit work
・Management system construction
・Consulting work
・Training instructor
・Other related work according to customer needs, etc.
Eligibility:
・Experience in EHS (environmental safety and occupational health and safety)
Desired Personality (Welcome):
・Individuals who have a degree or qualification related to EHS (environmental safety, occupational health and safety) (environmental, occupational health and safety, ISO and other international standards, etc.)
・Individuals who can empathize with our company's philosophy
Contract Type:
Outsourcing contract
Compensation:
The amount will be decided after consultation for each project, taking into consideration the work content, difficulty, specialization, etc. (Negotiable)
Work Location and Hours:
Flexible in principle (depending on the project, visits to clients and online meetings may occur)
Registration and Collaboration Process:
First, we will conduct a document screening, and if successful, we will provide you with an opportunity for an interview.
After an interview, you will be registered as a partner. After that, we will consult with you individually if suitable project arise.

Administrative Staff
Business Content:
・Supporting consultants' work (assistance with document preparation, schedule management, etc.)
・Accounting support tasks such as issuing invoices and reimbursing expenses
・Responding to phone calls, emails, and visitors
・Simple website updates
・Other general affairs and clerical tasks

Desired Profile (Recommended Qualifications):
・Individuals with work experience related to EHS (environmental safety and occupational health and safety)
・Individuals who can read and write basic English
・Individuals who can empathize with our company's philosophy
Employment Type:
Full-time employee (probationary period 3 months)
Salary:
Monthly salary: 200,000 to 400,000 JPY *Salary will be determined in accordance with our company regulations, taking into consideration your experience, abilities, and previous salary.
Work Location:
Primarily remote work (negotiable)
Working Hours:
9:00AM-5:00PM, JST (If abroad, consultation possible.)
(7 hours of work, 1 hour break)
Holidays and Vacations:
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, annual paid leave
