Commitment to DEI
Japan EHS Audit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") believes that diverse perspectives and values create innovation and drive sustainable growth. We aim to build an organizational culture rich in diversity, equity, and inclusion, where all people respect each other and can maximize their abilities.

Specific Initiatives
1. Fostering an inclusive culture
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or prejudice of any kind, and we encourage open dialogue and foster an organizational culture where people with different opinions and backgrounds can respectfully cooperate with each other.
2. Providing Fair Opportunities
In all personnel processes, including recruitment, evaluation, promotion, compensation, and development, we make fair decisions based on individual capabilities and achievements, rather than on personal attributes.
3. Promoting Diverse Work Styles
We support flexible working styles, taking into consideration the diverse circumstances of individuals, including life events such as childcare and nursing care. We promote the creation of an environment where everyone can stay healthy in both body and mind and continue to work with enthusiasm.
4. Raising Awareness about DEI
To deepen understanding of the importance of DEI, we provide ongoing education and training opportunities to all stakeholders and work to raise awareness throughout the organization.
Promotion System
The Representative Director will lead DEI initiatives as the person ultimately responsible for promoting this policy. We will regularly check the penetration and implementation status of this policy and strive for continuous improvement.
